Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We package and ship from Kirkland, WA. We offer international shipping to our friends across the world.

Q: When do you ship after I place an order?
A: On the order page for every item, you can see a countdown to the next dispatch cut-off. This countdown will be updated if we are taking a shipping holiday or if there is a federal holiday preventing the acceptance of shipments. It is also automatically adjusted based on the amount of pending orders in the queue. If the deadline is missed or anticipated to be missed, all orders will be automatically upgraded to the next fastest service. If you purchased USPS Express or UPS Priority Services, shipping charges will be refunded. KeyboardLube.com nor Dream Keebs LLC are responsible for transit times within the USPS or UPS networks after packages have been tendered. If a package is more than 7 days overdue, please Contact Us.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer USPS and discounted FedEx domestic and international rates. Shipping rates are calculated in real-time on the checkout page including all of our partner discount rates.

Q: How does international shipping work?
A: We have a few options for shipping our products internationally. All orders shipped via USPS International Services are shipped to an International Processing Center. Tracking information will be updated with the shipment's status to the IPC. You can identify this phase of transit by referring to the line stating "Shipping Partner:  RR DONNELLEY". USPS First Class International does not have a set timeframe for when packages are delivered. Furthermore, First Class service is not insured and you will not be refunded for lost or damaged packages.

We have very reliable and affordable options to international destinations which are preferred. We currently offer international service via FedEx and UPS. These shipments have a set delivery time to most destinations and offer expedited clearance processing. Rates are updated in real-time on the shipping selection page.

    Q: Will you put a lower amount on the customs declaration if I order to an international destination?
    A: Unfortunately, we cannot do this. Not only is it illegal, but our system electronically sends customs forms directly to the carrier as soon as the label is printed based on inventory going out.

    Q: Do you plan on offering other lubricants?
    A: Of course! Right now, our primary focus is Krytox 205g0 lubricant, however we plan on launching others in the very near future. Keep in touch to know when it happens!

    Q: What sort of packaging does the lubricant come in?
    A: Krytox gel-based lubricants 5mL and below come in a 5mL air sealed container during shipping. Once the air seal is broken, the cover can be safely discarded and the included lid can keep the lubricant safe from the elements. All lubricants 10mL and above are shipped in 20mL plastic jars with no seal.

    Krytox oils come in an eye-dropper style 10mL container, filled to your ordered amount by volume, not by weight.

    Q: I'm a builder and document my builds on Twitch or via other means. Do you have an affiliate program?
